ABOUT US

Richard (Rich) Rowe and Richard (Rick) McClanahan have been working together for nearly XX years! A true partnership founded on a mutual love for hard work, attention to detail, and just plain getting the job done (and done right)! Both men were laid off from LMC in 2020, due to COVID19. Tired of waiting to be called back, and jobs being scarce, they decided to create their own company. Both men have experience with a number of trades, have an array of skills, and intense drive to succeed. Richard is a Conesus native, and Rick comes to us from Ohio. R & R General Construction LLC is marketed and managed by Rich's "better half," the brains of the family (while he is obviously the brawns), Becky Caldwell.
